Design details: I am creating a new website for a client, and they have requested that the background image we have created for a header section pulsates.
Please see the attached image.
The background must be built with CSS OR as some sort of scalable video/gif file as it may need to repeat.
I will provide AI file with graphics, you will just need to build it so that the 'neurons' pulsate purple.
