Create low budget animation videos

I want to create my own YouTube channel and I need someone to help provide animation to compliment my own audio. I don’t want anything complex - in some cases text being written on the screen will be fine with some relevant character speaking will do. Tried to find an example of the type of stuff I’m after and I found this video:
