Create a short animation to play at the start of each YT video

I need a vdeo producer to animate a short video sequence which will be played at the biginning of each of my youtube videos. Must include sound/music.

Animation must include my logo but not comprise exclusively of an animated logo, there must be other animated elements.

5 seconds long, minimum. If using music, must be royalty free.

Aesthetically, I'd prefer the animation to be glitchy, as well as the audio.

Magic word is "Speedmaster"

Please don't use a stock intro/template. I'm looking for an original animation, though feel free to use stock.

The channel is called "The Disruptive Youtuber" and it's focus is on disrupting common miscnceptions about rights with respect to taking photos in a public place.

Some elements of the brand to consider:
I use a film camera to take photos, not a digital camera
I wear a hoodie
I make original content as well as reacting to other people's content
I'm not an "auditor"
Security and police are a common component of my videos

Budget is £15. Scope for a lot more work in the future.
Turnaround would be preferable within 2 days
