Comic strip or storyboard style drawing/artwork

I need a creative application for a scholarship, and I have the idea but not the drawing ability!

My idea relates to life without the scholarship, and the trouble that that brings after graduation; and life with the scholarship. I've a rough idea of how many 'panels' I want - max 24, which sounds a lot, but many of those will actually be previous panels repeated. Not sure how easy that is in practice, mind, but I'm sure you'll let me know!
