Christmas photoshop

Hi,

I would like to have this staff photo in Christmas style.

Can you edit a bit of snow on the ground, the leaves (because I don't want to see leaves) and the rooftops?
And can you also add 2 Christmas trees on both outsides (left and right next to the people).
Maybe you also can put a couple of Santa hats on people their heads? Not all, but a couple?
