Cartoon video to explain my web service

I need a video creating for my website that will explain the web service I am trying to sell. I want a simple cartoon style animation with some subtle background music. I expect the length of the video to be around 45-60 seconds. I have a full script ready for you to work from.

Before putting forward a proposal:
- Ensure you can speak/write good english
- Work to a high standard
- Expect to contribute some ideas on how the final cartoon should look

Please note: unless you tell me your favourite colour when you submit your proposal I will not review it!
