C4D modeller needed for business explainer + potential animator

Initially, we're looking for an experienced 3D modeller (using Cinema 4d) to create a model of an industrial machine based on some reference photos/videos (one attached below). *Model must be made using Cinema 4D.

As long as it looks right that will be fine for the needed video explainer purposes... i.e. it does not need to be 110% accurate. Some parts will need to be animatable. Please see pic below... i.e. the 'rod/black bar' at the top of the machine extends and rotates.

This job advert is purely for the 3D modelling, basic texturing of the machine. Please share examples of your c4D modelling work.

However, there is also the animation portion to the project which we may tackle in-house, or offer to the right PPH user if suitable and interested.

We're producing 2 videos for a company.
Approximate timings:
1 x 45 seconds
1 x 60

A mix of basic environment design, standard keyframe animation with a truck, camera moves, plus a stylised approach animating sprayed water and crumbling brickwork inside the machine. The 2nd video also requires character animation. (character climbing in machine, chipping, being hit on the head by debris). We were planing on doing this using some Mixamo mocap data and some custom key frame animation. Character would be provided).

We would expect to use some stock 3D models for other areas of animation. truck / warehouse.
