Animator for Explainer Video for App! (inc. Video Storyboard with audio dictation)

Design details: I am looking for an Animator to Animate an Explainer Video for a mobile app, and finish it off.
The app is called SPScores. The explainer has the voice over recorded and a clear idea of the narrative (Explained in the Video storyboard @ https://youtu.be/OKdr7ZZKSco).

Please watch the detailed Video storyboard (https://youtu.be/OKdr7ZZKSco) where I break it down scene by scene exactly what it is that I need created. This should be an easy job for a experienced animator.

Target audience: High school Rugby Fans (Children & parents)
Ideas for the visual style: 2D Animation, e.g. the first shot of the character in the storyboard. (Not whiteboard)
Things to avoid: Not whiteboard.
