Animation with After Effects and Rubber Hose

I'm looking for an animator or illustrator who can help me generate ideas for character animation and motion graphic videos. I am an animator and need help getting through a heavy workload.

Please tell me- are you good at the After Effects plugin Rubber Hose? I'm using it in one of my projects to do character animation. It requires a lot of CPU power but it is v good.

Also, please send examples of your character animation.

I would like to experiment with one day working together, either generating ideas (storyboards in Illustrator) for part of an animation or b) character animation using Rubber Hose.
