Animation overlays for photobooth

We are looking for someone to prepare animated overlays in GIF for photobooth.
Simple but cute and tasteful!
We will need
- hearts blinking/pulsating
- confetti falling
- soap bubbles going up
- lights flashing
- balloons going up
We will need 40 frames in each ones, preferably saved as in Photoshop so that we can edit colors and export PNG frames for our system.
We will ask you to prepare one frame first to ensure we are on the same page and then you can start preparing animations.
