ANIMATED VIDEO promoting our product

I need a short (around 1 minute) video designed and animated to promote early reading and to advertise our product (early reading sets). I need interesting and eye-catching characters + music (royalty-free background music) and sound effects (where appropriate). I’m interested in hand drawn pieces which are then scanned and animated. It can be a whiteboard animated video. 2D work is ok. Delivered in High Definition 720px.
The first video title is “Why do we teach little children to read”
The second job will be: “How do we teach little children to read”
Both will use sample photos of our products.
I will add a voiceover (Narration) in Polish. But you will get the transcript in English.
