Design details: I am looking for images similar to the ones shown below. Hope they are accessible. Looking for someone who can create these from pictures. I have quite a few so looking to have some designed and also shown how to create them so I can learn for the future. Can provide more pictures or information if required.

Ideas for the visual style: These images would need to be small and separated. From one picture I need one image with no lights flashing, and one image with lights flashing.
Extra notes: I am involved in an online game and would use these images specifically for the game.
