Animate Simple Firework Loop with PSD file

I have the artwork in PSD format in layers.
Consist of different layers of fireworks and main character.
Attached is the sample artwork.
If confirm doing it, I will send you the PSD to animate.

Basically just need up to 10 seconds of loop as the video in MOV file will play throughout the night in the party.

I need the video within next 2 days.
Give me a quote and sample demo you have.
Don't give me a big list of past works, just something related to what I am asking is enough.
