Animate Logo's and create transitions for editing

Design details: I would like to animate two logo's to be used for intro's and outro's of web series and 1-2 transitions to be used during edits of the series.

I would like the intro and outro to be 20 seconds at the longest. The transitions I'd like to be 3 seconds at longest.
Ideas for the visual style: Paper and paint effect, colourful, fun
Extra notes: One show is a family orientated show involving fathers and daughters.
The other is a lifestyle web series that's aimed at young women in their 20's.
