Design details: Hello, attached below is an image i would like to add some affects to.
First, I'd like the trees to slightly bounce as if there was a light wind in the air.
Second, I'd like there to be disco lights moving from one direction to another that can be seen through the windows of first floor.
Last, I would like there to be a subtle VHS affect added to the top.
