Design details: Thanks for reaching out to me regarding this project. I originally hired a company from Canada to complete this project by June 29th. They completed the 3d models ( I am still waiting to receive those, but they have promised to get them to me today or tomorrow) and all of the rigging required. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks they finally replied they can not complete the project due to some scheduling issues. Not only have I already paid them half, but there is only 9 days left to complete the project. I am looking for someone who can composite in a few shots for the film by the 29th and under $250. Below are the details of the work needed.
The film is for the Rode Reel Challenge 2017. It’s a 3 minute short about an Alien Invasion titled “3 Minutes to Midnight”. Some of the work they were going to do I can complete, but I still have about 6 short clips that need 3d compositing with the live action footage.
- 3d model alien hand colored to match the grade of the film and composited into a quick shot of a characters feet being grabbed. The shot has a human hand with tracking points and is only one second long.
- 3d model alien hand colored to match the grade of the film and composited into a 2 second shot of it’s claws scratching the main character. The shot is static, and there is a human hand with tracking points.
- Wide shot of the City of Denver plate. This shot needs to have sky replacement with alien model ships over the city and smaller alien ships animated as if they are flying out of the larger ones. The company was going to do some fire and smoke from the buildings but I can handle that. The shot is static.
- A closer shot of the city continuing the same shot as above. This shot is also static.
- Wide shot of the main character with the alien model laying in the background behind him with it’s head bashed in. The shot is static and requires no tracking.
- Same wide shot as above, but as the main character drops to his knees, a group of aliens teleport behind him, surrounding him and slowly approaching him. This is also static.
Let me know if you have any questions.
