3D animation cleanup

Have 76 animations (a person gesturing such as 'hello' gesture, 'it's big' gesture, 'hold it right there' gesture, and so forth. Data was captured using a perception neuron suit and is in BVH format (baked out into frames) . I need the data to be cleaned up (twists in the arms and legs) as well as made so that the first and last frame of the animation match the 'idling' pose.
