Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Information for the business: Game production
Industry: Art and Design
Design details: We need a 3d character animation artist to produce 15x character animations from a single model to be used in a mobile game.
The model is produced in 3dsmax and it is fully rigged and shaded ready for animation.
We need each animation to be rendered in 2d to be used for spritesheets.
Ideas for the visual style: http://www.darfdesign.com/dawn.html
Extra notes:
a.) Each animation should be between 8-25 still frames. Each animation must loop. Each animation must look as realistic in human movement as possible. Designer has the right to use existing .bip files / pre-recorded animations onto the rigged model.
b.) The animations to include:
1.) Walk forward
2.) Idle Animation- looking up towards the sky
3.) Idle Animation looking towards camera
4.) Idle Animation standing with slight motion
5.) Run
6.) Jump over object
7.) Walk up + down stairs
8.) Duck down
9.) Push object –bending forward
10.) Pull object –walking backwards
11.) Fall backwards-(no loop this is death animation)
12.) Fall forwards-(no loop this is death animation)
13.) Fall down -(no loop, as if character is falling from cliff)
14.) Throw object - animate player’s left hand(closest to camera) reaching to her right pocket (away from the camera) and throwing it outwards then bringing her arm back to standard resting position. In the game this object will be various objects such as coins etc so we need a generic throwing action.
15.) Shoot gun -the same movement as above but please add the gun image to her hand
c.) Each character animation must be provided in .png. Each model+Animation must be supplied as .fbx or 3dsmax format.
