2 minute video

We would like to create a short,2 minute long 2D video animation. The animation is fairly simple, using motion graphics and simple rotation effects to animate a series of vector images. A sample file has been uploaded, there are 12 key frames in total. These indicate the key transitions and motions, and audio.
This would take an experienced designer no less than 3 hrs to complete. We have a fairly tight schedule.
