The floor plan will be issued but I wouldn’t views of 2 different designs as in colours the actual design and layout is pretty much the same just colour ways .
I have a budget of £70
You will be essentially copy and pasting your first render and then changing colours on the second .
Once agreed I will send all relivant documents over
