Tutorial on how to create a simple (?) name plaque

I want to create a plaque to commemorate 5 soldiers from my village who died in WW2. I have some idea but don't know Fusion 360 (my chosen software) well enough to get the results I want.
I would like to leant at the same time so hope that someone would guide me through the process - clearly this would be more time consuming than just completing it but I do want to learn. Maybe using 'share screen' with Zoom or TeamViewer. I have a f3D file but cannot share it in PPH so have placed it on Dropbox
