Stylized Modular Assets (Floor Titles, Walls, Windows + more)

Looking for the creation of modular assets.
I'm currently creating a wave defense game, similar to that of nazi zombies.
I am looking to get a level designed and created but lack the time currently to model the assets and texture them myself.
I'm looking for essentially a modular asset pack to be created that will be used for a alpha build of the game, which will be presented at some point in the upcoming months.
The style of the assets are closely resembling the texture style of Overwatch assets like the attached.
If anymore information is needed ask with your proposal and I will do my best to answer the questions.
The budget is currently, £100 but is flexible dependent on the range of assets that you are willing to create and the time frame that you can create them in, the assets must be from scratch as no copyright issues must arise from the assets you provide.
