Step file to fusion 360 for post processing into a GRBL file

I have a step file and will describe what needs doing. It is not much work but needs to be exported as a fusion 360 file so I can post process it into candle. Currently the clearance heights etc. are an issue and the hex holes (6 holes in a hexagonal pattern are not facing north and also the spindle is not returning to the centre. Also the clearance height and spindle drill scrape the part when I start the operation so I need someone to make it good so it retracts properly etc.. Can you do this? as I say to someone who knows it is a simple job that will take less than an hour in total. However there will be many more jobs coming up with the business if we work well.
