Space Infrastructure - Octagon Living Module - Render & Video

I am the founder of a start up company that is engaging in space (Mars & Moon) infrastructure design. I have completed a simple 3-D sketch up model, however, am now looking for a professional to clean it up. Work encompassed includes the following:
- Clean up the sketchup file
- Complete render including:
--- Lights
--- Furniture
--- Bathroom
- Exterior
- Mars AND Moon render
- Price for revisions
- Short video walkthrough

I will provide the Sketchup file (.skp) and is your responsibility to transfer it into whatever platform utilized, in addition, a powerpoint with exactly breaking down the model and how the layout is envisioned. An NDA will have to signed.
