    Description

    Experience Level: Entry
Design details: Hardware Dimensions for Week 5 Assignment
For the bolt, head diameter is 20.5. Head diameter is the diameter of the hexagonal head of the bolt (or distance between flats of the hexagon head). Head thickness is 8 mm (head thickness is essentially the length of the extrude for your hexagon, when you model the head). Bolt length is 65 mm, and bolt diameter is 12. You do not have to model the threads.
For the nut, the hexagonal diameter of the nut (across flats of the hexagon) is 19 for both nuts. Inside diameter is 12 for both. For the thick nut, thickness (length of your extrude for the hexagon) is 9.5 and for the thin nut, it is 7.
