SketchUp Models of 3 buildings

I am looking for someone to make basic SketchUp models of 3 houses (grade II listed cottages and farm buildings). They do not need to be detailed, but they need to be the correct dimensions. I have estate agents plants showing the dimensions and lots of photos (I have only shown a photo of the first house as there appears to be a limit on how many photos I can upload). I do not need any textures added, I can do that myself, just need the buildings built.

I need this completed by 28th May, ideally sooner!
