SketchUp Artist Assignment

Information for the business: We are a construction company
Design details: The project is SketchUp models showing the phasing of a construction project that consists of two new buildings and extensive new site work. Essentially I need to show the site now, what it'll look like during construction and when it's complete. I will need four directional images (or a model which I can manipulate in our interview) of each the three parts of this assignment.

The three parts are:

#1 - I need to be able to show two existing city blocks in SketchUp. I have file/images of the site from each direction below which I will need to send you via email or dropbox. I don't need specific building details; I just need spatial representations of the buildings, trees, and the landscape/hardscape elements.

#2 - For our construction site layout plan, I'll need a SketchUp representation of the attached PDF, merged partially with assignment #1 and a spatial representation of the new buildings to be constructed.

#3 - Lastly we'll need to show a detailed representation of the new "Arts Center" block for this University. I have a schematic rendering of the final site and of only one of the buildings, which is the new USF Theater (I will have to send you a PDF named "The SUU Beverley Taylor Sorenson Center for the Arts RFP Addendum1" in a dropbox for you because it's too large for the PPH website) The other building, the SUMA facility, I'll get more information when we get plans this Wednesday.

Ideas for the visual style: Anything super cool you can suggest to make it better would be helpful
Extra notes: We have until June 23rd for the completion of the final SketchUp images, but we will be practicing our interview the week of June 16 -20. IF we could have it mostly done by that week, it'd be great.

But we will (more than likely) be tweaking the images for our final interview on the 24th.

However, we can work with what we have to that point. I'd rather give you the time to make this look really great, not rushed.

Also, for those who are really great at SketchUp, this is an hourly job -- for I want it done right and am willing to pay for high quality work. Please send me your hourly rate.
