Sketch up interior house and dimensions CAD drawings needed

Hi I need a house drawn in sketch up that shows the current layout and the proposed design, I also need dimensions and plumbing and a lighting plan created in collaboration with me. Initially I just need the house drawing in sketch up empty so I can design within the space. Once I have designed it, I will make notes and you can make the changes to the plans and find the furniture and lighting to create several views, elevations and sections for me to present. Once they have been signed off, I would like these drawings to be made into working drawings for construction.
