Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need a site plan designed to be used on a website i have samedi on a pdf jpg file and needs to be uploaded on 3d marketing, I would show only: Apartment Block 1, Apartment Block 2, Townhouses 01–14, private pools, private parking/carports, internal road, pedestrian walkway, landscaped areas, main entrance and North arrow. Remove dimensions, boundary measurements, drainage annotations, technical codes, wall heights, service notes, architect title block and construction annotations.
Most importantly, make the plan interactive-looking for sales: apartments in one subtle shade, townhouses in another, landscaping clearly visible, pools in blue, roads neutral, and each townhouse numbered clearly. On the website, a visitor should immediately understand “28 Apartments + 14 Townhouses” and where each residence sits within ANNA.CITY.
I would also add a small legend:
28 Apartments · 14 Townhouses · Private Pools · Landscaped Areas · Private Parking · Gated Residential Development
The page 2 drawing is the best basis for the townhouse portion because it already gives a much clearer enlarged view of the two rows of townhouses, pools, landscaping and central internal road. AMENDED SITE DRAWINGS.pdf
For the website, I recommend creating two graphics: first a beautiful full ANNA.CITY Site Plan showing apartments + townhouses, then directly underneath an enlarged Townhouse Site Plan – 14 Residences. This will look considerably more premium than publishing the engineering drawing itself. Add 14 housing units in the surplus of the land ( to mention about future development)
