Simple sketchup model

i need a sketchup model made from the attached plan. it just needs to be simple shapes without furniture or fixtures. just all white walls, ceilings, floors. i am going to use it to make an interior paint scheme and present it to the client. all ceilings are 8 ft high except in the highlighted hallway where they are 15'4". no exact measurements are needed, just the right proportions.
