Pseudo 3D/Isometric Mobile Game Map

We need someone who can take a layered PSD of the design shown here and use it to create multiple vertically tileable screens, adding more elements such as the house, waterwheel, archway, different track pieces, etc in the process. Possibly adding colour changes, generally taking what we have and having fun with it while matching the style and format.

Artist must be able to match the style, understand about tileable assets, be able to communicate quickly and clearly, and be reliable.

Ideally this would suit an experienced mobile game artist.

Budget is placeholder - We would like an initial quote for 5 screens.
