Description
Experience Level: Expert
August 29, 2026
Project GHGTC-22B2 is a six-story building with (32) units and it is a version of Project GHGTC-22B1.
Level 1 is the Garage. Level 2 has sixteen studios and all the balconies are enclosed with photovoltaic glass how they are in Project GHGTC-22B1. Level 3 has eight units--one bedroom, one bathroom--exactly how they are in Project GHGTC-22B1. Level 4 and Level 5 has eight (duplex) units--three bedrooms, three bathrooms. Level 4 is similar to Level 3 in Project GHGTC-22B1. Level 5 has a second entrance door to the hallway which is making this level different from Level 4 in Project GHGTC-22B1. Level 6 is the attic (the Electrical Room).
The North side and the South side of the hallways, the elevators, and the Furnace & A/C Compressor Room are finished with photovoltaic glass from Level 2 to Level 6. The roof is covered with solar shingles and has (8) FX-200000 vertical axis wind turbines. All the balconies are enclosed with photovoltaic glass how they are in Project GHGTC-22B1. The structure of this project (vertical steel columns and horizontal prefabricated wood girders which are connected to the columns with elastic connections) is designed based on engineering calculations to stand up to a 220 mile per hour wind and strong earthquakes.
The power plant of this project is designed to function as a micro-grid for the entire building if the grid collapses. Also, the power plant of this project is designed to function as a flexible power plant with the grid in order to make money for the owners of this building based on how big the battery storage will be (the money talks).
Please find attached Level 2, the North Elevation, and the Aerial View of the Roof. I'd like to have this project executed in 3D electronic support. I offer $500 for the 3D electronic support and $150 for the 3D photorealistic renders how they are in Project GHGTC-22B1.
NOTE: I'd like to have this project done and paid at the latest September 15, 2026.
