Description
Experience Level: Expert

Project GHGTC-22B is a 16-unit building with four levels. The Ground Level (Level I) is a garage. Level II has eight 1-bedroom, 1-bath units. The hallway of this level is 10 feet wide and has two electric furnaces which are keeping the hallway warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Also, the furnace has the possibility to add air from outside and to maintain a higher pressure in the hallway. Level III and Level IV have eight 3-bedroom, 3-bath units and each unit is a duplex. The roof is covered with solar shingles and has eight (8) FX-200000 (200kW) vertical axis wind turbines. The power plant of this project has a home battery of 2MW and because of that this building can function for an unlimited time off-grid if the grid collapses. Also, the power plant is designed to interact with the grid to pump electricity during the peak consumption and to make money. The structure of this building was designed to stand up to winds of 220 miles per hour. The garage was designed to be built with waterproof materials because in these days we can have floods everywhere. I designed this project to be built on the northeast corner of Tract 22B on my land in Guadalupe Ranch in Hudspeth County near Dell City, Texas. Also, this project can be built on five Chicago lots with a north-south orientation or an east-west orientation.
Please find attached Level I, Level IV, and the North Elevation of this project. I would like to have this project executed in 3D electronic support.
