Pro Engineer CAD project- 3d aircraft model

I require a professional to prepare a 3d CAD model of a small experimental aircraft in pro engineer. I will supply all the relevant photos and figures.
The model does not have to be very detailed,I just require a basic solid model with moving control surfaces and 1 rotating propeller/fan assembly.
The model is required before 2nd week of Feb 2011 for teaching and presentation purposes.
The professional must have experience to design accurate basic aircraft fuselage, wing sections(aerofoils), fan and control surface assembly required for engineering analysis.
