Plastic Bucket & liner set

This project involves designing and manufacturing a reusable plastic paint mixing bucket along with disposable liners. The bucket must have a durable construction capable of withstanding repeated use over multiple painting projects. A tight sealing ring is required to securely hold the removable liner in place during agitation and storage of paint. This ring needs an opening that allows easy pouring of paint from the liner when tilting the bucket. The liner itself should be made of thin, flexible plastic suitable for containing wet paint without leaking. Once painting is completed, the soiled liner can be discarded while the outer bucket remains clean for the next job. With its efficient system of coupling a long-lasting container with inexpensive single-use inserts, this paint mixing station aims to reduce plastic waste compared to conventional non-reusable pails. Bidders should have experience designing practical storage/mixing solutions as well as selecting durable plastic materials that withstand paint, solvents, and other harsh chemicals commonly encountered during decorating projects.
