Pivot design for 3D model

Hi Ivan, I am looking for a redesign for a pivot mechanism of my wallet project. The project will be a redesigned plastic 3D .stl file to allow for smooth motion as the wallet pivots. The issue with the current design is that the screws that I use scratch the surface. I have own a 3D printer where i can test out the model to see if the design will work. After reading your profile I noticed that you have an engineering background so I would like to see your input on a pivot design. I would be open to altering the design to make it work.
