We are planning a new development and require to have this built as a 3d design with 5 rendering images, daytime and evening view and also a price for a 3d video / animation.
We have a PDF drawing of the site plan together with a key to show the various key factors of the development ie. windows / doors / shutters etc. We also have a word document with the specification of the buildings and its fixtures. (I have attached these but cant attach site plan as the document is too large and would need to be sent via we-transfer)
If you can use this information, design the estate in 3d modelling and bring our development to life, we would be interested in working with you. If you respond to this can you please ensure you can show images of similar work and also give us an estimated lead time on completing the work.
