Need to create a short presentation on caring for older people- NICHE

Industry: Healthcare
Design details: I was asked to do a quick presentation at new staff orientation to the hospital to introduce NICHE. Also, I have been invited to present at skilled nursing facilities and retirement homes to introduce NICHE and letting the older population know why NICHE is important for them and what we have to offer them by choosing our hospital.
NICHE is an acronym that stand for Nursing improving Care of Healthsystem Elders. Its a national designation that originated at New York College of Nursing.
Target audience: Nurses and older clients
Ideas for the visual style: Colorful
Preferred colors: bright
Extra notes: I created the attached PowerPoint when we first received our designation... So I would like to creates a shorter eye catching, interesting version. I just need to simplify and keep the audience interested, Thanks.
