Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: I have solidworks part and need a manufacturing drawing. Part is about 27x35x15mm. It has 14 holes and two features. Please see jpgs below. I will supply 3D model and drawing template for Solidworks.
Need experience in specifying the aluminum alloy to use (easiest to machine) and knowledge of reasonable tolerance specification for optimal cost since part mates with other parts using elastomer seals. Must comply with ANSI Y14.5 GD&T
