Need a 3d/cad design

I'm seeking a 3D or CAD of a 14 inch baby doll with its hands in a clasped prayer position near 2 inches from its mouth. more details later. I have an image of a baby but want you to create it as an original. There are other minor details i wont reveal until i hire someone. This image must be good enough to place on my website product page so it must be the finished product. The product must be good enough for a manufacturer to reproduce from the 3D or Cad image.
If work is good, will pay bonus and will continue to give you more work. I need this completed in 5 days. I would need the files in jpeg, pdf.
