Motion tracking-cinema 4d- tutorial

I have a green screen room. I have a green screen costume with dot markers on face.
I have knowledge of after (ok-good) keying and effects etc
I have a tiny knowledge of Cinema 4d lite

I would love sum1 to show me:
a good work flow to track my eyes and mouth then send to cinema 4d lite.
then attach object to it. I have no 3d object made , only latex pig head. I can get you very good pictures of pig head etc. Maybe model it. I could provide texture through psd file..

Maybe you could put something great together for me. Would be good to see this workflow so i can learn basics..

I could use you in future for more model making etc...
