Model a house in 3Ds Max

I'm looking for someone to model the attached house in 3DS Max. Please see points below as to what is required. The plans attached will be available in .DWG format

Model house in 3DS Max
Building only, not the site
This will be used for exterior renders so no need for internal details
I do not need materials but will need a separate texture added as a place holder so that I can add my own materials afterwards.
No need for any camera views or lighting, this is purely just modelling work.
Ideally modelled in 3DS Max, I would need the file rather than any renders.
Please leave all CAD in the file so that I can check it
Can you let me know in your proposal if you have Railclone for the roof tiles / gutters / downpipes etc...
Also please let me know the turn-around time in your proposal
