Make Excellent Quality 3D Model/Texture for Game Building

We want you to make three 3D building models, each with 4 variations where the main door will change sides.
You will be provided with sketches and example texture/model.

Attached are two example sketches, and one example model that shows the quality we are expecting, anything with less quality is not acceptable.

We prefer someone with experience in making 3D models for game. Unity knowledge and knowledge of texturing programs like Quixel or similar would be greatly appreciated.

For the final result, we want the 3D model in .obj which includes both low poly and high poly model. As well as texture file which includes both alpha map and normal map.
