Lumion or 3d rendered video need of machine building an village

looking for a video that shows the building of a house layer by layer step by step using a machine, the video would be very similiar to one we have already had created and should last 2 minutes maximum. The video should be made in lumion or be done by 3d rendering but the choosen software should produce a realistic looking quality video. It should so graphics of what the house will look like inside and out once finished. Included is the designs for the house.
