Logo Design (correct an existing logo)

We are looking for a logo designer experienced in 3d and prospectives.
PLEASE DO NOT BID FOR THIS JOB, UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS SPECIFIC TYPE OF LOGO DESIGN OR DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER PROGRAM, SOFTWARE OR EXPERTISE!!

The logo is used for a music award show.

We need to correct or add the following:

1) The text should be tightly stacked
2) The text of the logo should be scaleable and usable on all printing formats
4) The text should have a chrome/metallic look and shade appropriately to make it appear bold and in 3D
3) The concept should not be changed and the shattering glass remain.

I have supplied samples to indicate the angle of the logo, how it should be stacked, the prospective, style etc.

We only want to receive bids from designers who have worked with logos such as these and have a vast portfolio of this type of work.

Our payment reflects the fact that we have already prepared the logo and we are just looking to embelish the text and want someone who has the tools to complete the job rapidly.
