I need to set up building section and interior elevation views

I need a Sketchup & Layout (2023) specialist with Architectural background who can take my schematic 3D model and setup building sections and interior elevation views in layout. Specifically, the work should include the following:
1. Reference the building model file (22-018_Building.skp file) into a blank file named (22-018_Section.skp) and create 1/4" = 1'-0" scale building section views as indicated on the 22-018 A1 FLOOR PLANS.Layout file.
2. Create a layout file (22-018 A4 Building Sections.layout file) and reference in the building section scenes.
3. Reference the building model file (22-018_Building.skp file) into a blank file named (22-018_Interior Elevation.skp) and create 1/4" = 1'-0" scale interior elevation views as indicated on the 22-018 A1 FLOOR PLANS.Layout file.
4. Create a layout file (22-018 A6 Interior Elevations.layout file) and reference in the interior elevations scenes.
5. Rename, relocate (coordinate) tags on the floor plans so they match the corresponding views.
6. Copy the drawing title/scale text from the floor plans layout file for use on the building section and interior elevation layout file.
7. PDF floor plan attached showing the number and approximate location of section cuts and interior elevations
*note: I cannot upload the 22-018_Building.skp file and 22-018 A1 FLOOR PLANS.Layout file due to size. Hoping I can send these another way.
