I need to make a 3D model from 2D floor plan

Hello guys, today i need make a 3D model of underground corridors.

3D model must be maded from 2D floor plan. You can download 2D floor plan here, i uploaded it as a attachment.

Parts i need to put into 3D (see attachment):
- orange, green and blue surface + dark grey walls around it

IMPORTANT:
- Even you can see a stairs in this 2D plan, i need to model it in one plane. So only one floor. There will be NO stairs in 3D
- Stairs will be only in surface texture
- Height of the walls should have 5 meters

Need it as a FBX, obj, 3D max or similar.
