I need animation and motion graphics

Information for the business: we are a non profit wanting graphic to take us to the next level
Design details: I'm in need a motion graphic and animation of The attached logo, something that articulates that the non profit organization is " ready to build" which is the theme of the anniversary event. It is a logo of a house but I would like to see houses and community pop up around the logo and finish with the words, 20th Anniversary.

Ideas for the visual style: creative ways of showing building community, buildings rising from the ground, trees growing, flowers blooming, apples falling people walking, old and young.
Preferred colors: blue and greens and whites

This project needs a quick turn around to book. Must be professional and creative, this piece is the only media being played at the event so i need it to be strong.
