I need a product designed in .STL

i require the following item rendered in .stl format,

this is very straight forward and upon completion of this quick first strep, i then want 3 versions which will consist of the same design as the original as the base (above) but with small variations that should take no longer than 5-10mins of additional time to procure and complete.

once done and i am happy with all 4 designs (n.o1 the replica 1:1, 2/3/4 ) job done - but please make sure its accurate as it will be checked by a professional.
