I need a designer who can complete the work of commercial villa design autocad file

I am starting a new buisness ,the concept is about beauty center and spa including(hair cut, makeup , nails work,facial,...etc),GYM in the basment of the villa and kids salon as well.i want to do victorain design but with the modern style (white wood work)and nice colours.the name of the shop is The victorian Rose beauty and spa center.I need someone to draw the concept in a 3D CAD and i will send him the villa file.unique and new ideas is requierd(creativity)
